Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 July 2026. iDream Networx Ltd., trading as "iDream Networx" ("we", "us", "our"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of visitors to our website, https://idream.com.cy ("the Website"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through the Website, how and why we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Cyprus data protection law. Please read it carefully. By using the Website, including by submitting information through our contact forms, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.
1. Who We Are
iDream Networx Ltd. (trading as "iDream Networx") is a private company operating from Arch. Kyprianou 15, Larnaca 6016, Cyprus. We are the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through the Website. You can reach us by email at info@idream.com.cy or by phone at 70000 102 (+357-70000102).
As data controller, we determine the purposes and means of processing personal data collected via the Website, in accordance with the GDPR and applicable Cyprus data protection law.
2. Personal Data We Collect
We only collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us, through one of two forms on the Website:
Footer enquiry ("lead") form: the service you are interested in, together with an email address and/or phone number.
Contact page form: your name, email address, phone number, subject, and the content of your message or enquiry.
We do not collect payment card details, account passwords or credentials, precise geolocation data, or any other categories of personal data through the Website. Both forms include a hidden "honeypot" field used only to detect and block automated spam submissions, and are protected by a basic rate limit (one submission per IP address every 30 seconds) to reduce abuse.
3. How and Why We Use Your Personal Data
We use the personal data submitted through our forms to respond to your enquiry or message; to provide you with information, quotes, or details about our services (website design and development, app development, AI consultancy, SEO/AEO/GEO optimisation, bulk SMS marketing via our Adex platform, cloud hosting, network and POS installation, and IT consultancy); to follow up regarding the service or topic you indicated interest in; and to keep reasonable business records of our correspondence with prospective and existing clients.
We do not use the information submitted through these forms for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): responding to enquiries submitted through our contact forms, corresponding with you about the services you asked about, and keeping reasonable records of that correspondence is necessary for our legitimate interest in operating our business and communicating with prospective and existing clients. We consider this interest to be fairly balanced against your rights and interests, given the limited, voluntarily provided data involved.
Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR): where you use the footer lead form to indicate interest in a specific service, including any related follow-up about that service, we rely on the consent you give by voluntarily submitting the form. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us using the details in this policy.
We do not knowingly process any special categories of personal data (such as health, religious, or biometric data) through the Website, and we ask that you avoid including such information in the free-text fields of our forms.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Google Analytics 4: we use Google Analytics 4 (via Google's gtag.js, measurement ID G-R2Z6ERLBBE) to understand how visitors use the Website, such as pages viewed and general traffic patterns. This sets cookies from the "_ga" family (for example "_ga" and a container-specific "_ga_<container-id>" cookie) on your device, which Google may process in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Theme preference (localStorage): the Website remembers your light or dark display preference using your browser's local storage (key "idream-theme"). This is not a cookie but a small piece of data stored locally in your browser, used only to display the Website in your preferred appearance; it is not transmitted to us or to any third party.
No cookie banner: at present the Website does not display a cookie consent banner, and the Google Analytics cookies described above are set as soon as you visit the Website, without first requesting consent through an on-site banner. We disclose this plainly so you are fully informed. You remain in control: you can adjust or block cookies through your browser settings (most browsers allow you to view, delete, or block cookies from specific or all sites), and you can opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or Google's own account and ad-settings tools. Blocking cookies may limit our ability to gather anonymous usage statistics but will not prevent you from browsing the Website or submitting our contact forms.
6. Third-Party Recipients and Processors
We share personal data collected through the Website only with the following categories of recipients, solely to the extent necessary to operate the Website and respond to your enquiries:
Our email delivery provider: form submissions are sent by email (via SMTP, or a plain-mail fallback) to our inbox at info@idream.com.cy. Delivering this email involves passing your submitted data through our email delivery provider's infrastructure.
Google Analytics: as described above, aggregated usage data about your visit is processed by Google Analytics.
Google Maps: our Contact page embeds a Google Maps iframe to display our business address. This third-party content is provided directly by Google and is outside our control; interacting with the embedded map may be subject to Google's own privacy policy.
International data transfers: some of these recipients, including Google, may process personal data on servers located outside Cyprus and the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). Where this occurs, we expect the relevant provider to apply legally recognised safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, so that your personal data continues to receive an equivalent level of protection.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with any third party for that party's own advertising or marketing purposes. Form submissions are sent by email and are not stored in a separate database on our web server.
7. Data Retention
We keep the emails generated by our contact forms only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry and to maintain reasonable business records of our correspondence with prospective and existing clients, for example for accounting, dispute-resolution, or service-history purposes. We do not maintain a separate database of form submissions on our web server; the record consists of the email itself. Where we no longer have a legitimate business reason to retain a particular enquiry, we take steps to delete or anonymise it.
8. Your Rights Under GDPR
As a data subject, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data; request erasure of your personal data in certain circumstances; request restriction of processing in certain circumstances; object to our processing, including processing based on legitimate interest; receive a copy of the personal data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and have it transmitted to another controller where technically feasible (data portability); and withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in the "Contact Us" section below. We will respond within the timeframes required by the GDPR.
If you believe our processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR or Cyprus data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Cyprus, the supervisory authority responsible for data protection matters in Cyprus.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data submitted through the Website, including serving the Website over HTTPS (encrypted connections) and applying spam-prevention and rate-limiting measures on our contact forms — namely a hidden honeypot field and a per-IP submission limit — to reduce abuse and unauthorised automated submissions. While we take reasonable care to protect your personal data, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
The Website is directed at businesses and individuals seeking IT and related services and is not intended for, or directed at, children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the Website. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data via our contact forms, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the services we offer, or applicable legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your personal data.
