The software underneath it keeps changing — many of those updates close security holes people actively look for — while prices and opening hours drift out of date and pages slow down as content piles up. None of it announces itself; usually the first warning is a customer telling you something didn't work.
Every website we build is hosted by us on our own cloud hosting platform — with email addresses under your own brand name included, so you write from you@yourbusiness.com, not a free inbox. Hosting is free for your first 12 months and €20 a month after that, and every Momentum Plan already includes it. On top of that foundation sit software updates that are applied and tested, uptime monitoring around the clock, and daily backups — so a bad day can be rolled back to yesterday's working version instead of rebuilt.
On top of the safety net, each plan includes real working time: a set number of hours every month for the changes you ask for — wording, prices, photographs, new sections — plus, on the larger plans, fresh content researched, written and published with full search optimisation (SEO, AEO, GEO & AIO — so you're found by Google, answer engines and AI assistants alike). A year on, there's more of your site for customers to find than the day it launched. And because a promise only counts in writing, every plan is backed by our Momentum Plan Service Level Agreement.

Every website we build is hosted by us on our own cloud hosting platform, complete with email addresses under your own brand name. Hosting is free for the first 12 months and €20 a month after that — covering security updates, daily backups and uptime monitoring. Every Momentum Plan already includes hosting, so it replaces that fee rather than adding to it: DreamCare is €66 a month in total, and the difference buys included working time on your site. Your domain name stays registered in your own name and renews separately. All prices include VAT, and plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Monitoring alerts us around the clock, so in most cases we know before you do, and daily backups mean yesterday's working version can be restored rather than the site rebuilt. We don't promise a fixed repair time because it depends on the fault — a hosting issue is usually resolved in minutes, something unusual can take longer — but our Momentum SLA sets a written response target for every plan, and DreamTeam is answered the same day.
We do — that's what the included hours are for: up to 1 hour a month on DreamCare (€66), 3 hours on DreamGrow (€270) and 6 hours on DreamTeam (€655). Email us the change and it's handled. Hours are counted per calendar month and don't carry over, and anything bigger — a new page, a booking system, a redesign — is quoted and approved before work starts, so there are never surprise bills.
Always. Your domain, your content and your data remain yours and can be exported at any time. A Momentum Plan is a service agreement, not a lock-in — if you ever want to move on, we hand everything over cleanly.
